Daytime Postpartum Visits 🌤️

3-5 hours each visit. Must fall w/in hours M-F, 10am-4pm.
  • Errands: groceries, baby supplies restock, meal pick-up, etc.
  • Food: homemade meals to replenish essential nutrients, snack preparation, recipe share for partner(s)/support person(s)
  • In-home: light cleaning (laundry, organization, tidying), sibling support (both dog and human siblings)
  • Baby Care: changing, soothing, feeding, and wearing baby while you shower, eat, and rest
  • Lactation and Feeding: reading baby's hunger and fullness cues, finding a good latch, comfortable feeding holds, help with increase or decrease in milk, paced bottle feeding, resources for IBCLC support
  • Physical Recovery: troubleshooting issues around rest, stooling, vagina/perineum healing, and/or belly healing after c-section, massage for neck/shoulder aches due to holding and feeding
  • Mental Health Support: birth debriefing, listening ear and verbal reassurance, resources for new parent groups
  • Partner(s) and support person(s) check-in for specific needs around baby care, listening ear and assurance
  • Text and email support from signing of contract
  • Referrals to care providers and community resources for needs beyond my scope of practice
Lindsay practices COVID safety: masks with KF94 (equivalent of N95) while indoors and receives latest COVID vaccinations.
Investment: $70 per hour

*Added fee for locations with a 40+ minute commute to offset costs of time, tolls, and gas. Reimbursement through Carrot Fertility and Kaiser Permanente available.
Sliding scale is offered based on the San Francisco Area Average Median Income chart.

90% and below AMI: $50 per hour
90-140% AMI: $60 per hour
140% and above AMI and above: $70 per hour
