Prenatal Support - virtual meeting

  • Birth planning - understanding the choices you have in your birth; how to plan and prepare for them whether you're birthing at a hospital, home, or birth center; preparation for birth emergencies

  • Ways to mitigate labor pain - helpful tools you can purchase, massage and movement techniques to practice, affirmations for resilience
 
  • Postpartum planning - helpful items to have at home for lactation, nourishment, physical healing, and rest; open conversation about division of household labor and roles; resources for mental health support

  • ​Your choice on any subject related to pregnancy, birth, or postpartum or any combination of the above

Who you'd be working with:

or Postpartum Support - in-person or virtual

  • Food: customized homemade meals for nourishment (groceries/ingredients provided by you), snack preparation, cooking lessons or recipe share for partner(s)/support person(s)

  • In-home: light cleaning (laundry, organization, tidying), sibling support

  • Lactation and Feeding: finding comfortable holds for feeding, help with increase or decrease in milk, resources for IBCLC support

  • Physical Recovery: troubleshooting issues around rest, stooling, vaginal/perineum healing, and/or belly healing after c-section

  • Mental health support: birth debriefing, listening ear and verbal reassurance, resources for new parent groups

  • Any combination of the above

Lindsay works in compliance with COVID policies including masking, social distancing, and providing hybrid options for families.
​We only take bookings that are 2+ weeks out from the current date. All requests subject to availability. Only redeemable with physical coupon. Limit of 1 coupon per family. Due to allergies, Lindsay cannot provide in-person postpartum support for households with cats.
