  • 1x Complimentary Consultation​ - 30 minutes​​

  • 4x Prenatal Meetings - 1 hour each
    • Birth planning
    • Wellness check-ins
    • Partner(s)/support person(s) involvement: discussion of labor support and postpartum roles
    • Labor preparation: practice of comfort measures and positioning
    • Postpartum planning
    • Other contributions to reduced stress and comfort within my skill set
      • Home organization for incoming baby, chest and bottle feeding preparation, listening ear, etc.​

  • On-call for Labor Support - 2 weeks before + 2 weeks after your due date
    • Comfort measures, positioning, hydrotherapy
    • Emotional support and reassurance
    • Will meet within 3 hours of receiving call requesting my presence
    • 24/7 phone/video/text support

  • Presence at birth and up to 2 hours after birth (if at hospital, subject to COVID rules)

  • 1x Postnatal Meeting - 2 hours
    • Debrief the birth
    • Mental health check-in for birthing person and partner(s)/support person(s)
    • Troubleshooting of any postpartum issues

  • Unlimited text and email support from signing of contract

  • Referrals to care providers and community resources for needs beyond my scope of practice
Lindsay practices COVID safety: masks with KF94 (equivalent of N95) while indoors, receives latest COVID vaccinations, and offers hybrid options to clients.
Due to allergies, Lindsay can't do home births for households with cats. 😿

Custom Prenatal Sessions
If my birth package is cost prohibitive or you'd like to decline support at your birth, I offer custom prenatal sessions that can cover topics of your choosing.

These sessions aim to foster discussion about your care between you and your support person(s) or partner(s). Sessions come with educational handouts, notes on what we covered, and a list of next steps so you can continue your own learning and preparation. 

​Investment: $100 per hour

  • Hospital Birth Planning: recommended questions for your providers or hospital tour, pain management and induction options, newborn care options, emergency or non-emergent c-section plan, follow-up with birth plan document
  • Labor Preparation: recommended birth props, comfort measures, pain management, breathing and pushing techniques
  • Postpartum Planning: mental health resources, practices for physical healing, nutrition and postpartum recipes, division of household labor, community support, newborn care resources, lactation and feeding skills
